Exmoor Photo Album
The
Exmoor National Park is situated in the northern part of Devon
and West Somerset and covers an area of 267 square miles (692
sq. km) extending from the Brendon Hills in the east to Combe
Martin in the west. Exmoor offers peaceful open spaces, spectacular
coast, clean air, glorious scenery and a friendly welcome. It
has one of the finest stretches of unspoilt countryside in England.
Exmoor's coast and countryside has so much
to offer that you'll want to return again and again to enjoy
a unique Exmoor experience .... it's a very special place whatever
the season.
Throughout the year Exmoor offers variety ......
crisp Winter days and roaring log fires; February's drifts of snowdrops;
picnics in cool bluebell woods beside clear streams; coastal walks
and rock pools on hot summer days; rolling moorland cloaked in
purple heather and yellow gorse; the glow of colour from Autumn
trees and hedges.
There's
plenty to do, so treat yourself to a holiday in one of our farmhouse
B&B, country house B&B, self catering cottages or superb
camp-sites. Members of the Exmoor Holiday Group pride themselves
in quality accommodation, comfort, good food and a friendly, helpful
service. Take an opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy this peaceful
haven.
