Westwater Farm
nestles in a peaceful valley in the heart of Exmoor. Just one
and a half miles from the picturesque village of Withypool,
which has a general stores and Post Office and the Royal Oak
Inn. We are a short walk from the historic clapper bridge, Tarr
Steps. Westwater is a traditional working farm with sheep, suckler
cows and friendly sheep dogs. The cottage has a comfortably
furnished lounge/living room which has a stone fireplace with
electric wood burner and a colour television. There is a modern
kitchen which is well equipped, including microwave, fridge-freezer,
cooker and hob. Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms,
tastefully furnished in pine, with ample storage, comprising
one double en-suite (shower), one double, one twin and family
bathroom. Bed linen is provided. Please supply your own personal
towels (or these can be hired a reasonable rates).We are in
an ideal location for access to the moorland and various footpaths,
yet only 18 miles (by road) from the coast.
